About

Welcome to Brooklyn Acupuncture Medicine

Sara Reznikoff, L.Ac., who goes by Rez, is a national board certified, licensed acupuncturist serving the NYC area since 2006. As a New Yorker herself, she knows the challenges of living in the city. From stress and anxiety, to the chronic conditions that can come from the fast-paced life, we treat it all.

Rez arrived at her specialty when, after years of practice, she recognized there was a population not being supported by western medicine—particularly those living with chronic pain and chronic complex conditions. Rez doesn’t believe those who are told they "have to live with it" have no options. Through years of experience, she has created treatments to offer her clients that allopathic medicine has not. Through this work, Rez has helped many people with chronic conditions enjoy life again and feel like themselves again.

The health you deserve is here at Brooklyn Acupuncture Medicine. We specialize in chronic complex conditions by combining Classical Chinese Medicine with cutting-edge, clinically proven therapies to help our clients safely, painlessly, and effectively.

“I came to Rez at the start of my fertility journey and nearly two years and one baby later, I can confidently say that I would not have gotten through it without Rez!”

Sara S.

“After my 20 sessions with Brooklyn Acupuncture, in conjunction with PT once a week, I am feeling about 80% better and finally able to jog in Prospect Park again. I couldn't event stand up straight for awhile. Thanks Rez!”

Research shows that shorter treatments can be the most nourishing.
